Executive Workshops
Our executive workshops support participants in assessing and prioritising strategic initiatives under both the current state and desired future-state(s), under various scenarios. Delivered at the client site under strict confidentiality, this workshop provides insights into the success potential of existing and new initiatives, resulting in optimized strategies and plans for improvement and implementation. Up to six high-priority initiatives and expected "deliverables" are addressed during a typical 3-day workshop, thus providing immediate value and benefits. The client-specific Enterprizer application developed during the workshop may be licensed to the client organisation as a "decision management system" and installed on designated users' laptops in individualised training sessions.

Facilitated Workshops
Facilitated workshops are delivered jointly with the client's own resident expert(s) and focus on a specific high priority need, such as strategic planning, policy planning, product planning and strategic alliances. During the workshop, we facilitate the creation of a client/practice-specific Enterprizer application that addresses that need and demonstrates how existing practices and processes are significantly improved and simplified when driven by Enterprizer. The resulting Enterprizer application is installed on designated users' laptops in individualised training sessions.

Application Development
When clients require specialized applications tailored to their own specific needs, we offer turn-key application development projects that are performed off- and on-site. The development effort is collaborative and may involve the client's own subject matter experts or process owners. The resulting application consists of client-specific Help and Tutorials; it is licensed exclusively to the client and installed on designated users' laptops in individualised training sessions.

User Training and Ongoing Support
Every Enterprizer user is individually trained in both the underlying concepts and principles and the various functionalities of Enterprizer. The training includes generation of "success scores", "what-if" analyses, goal-setting, generating optimised strategies and plans for improvement and implementation, as well as generating overall and comparative assessments of entire portfolios of initiatives/products/projects. Ongoing Technical Support is provided via email and the Enterprizer website, and includes all software updates during the licensing period.
