Event Strategy and Planning

Understanding the goals and success criteria for any event is key – whether it’s meeting revenue budget, audience targets or attendee satisfaction ratings. Enterprizer Events will work with you to clarify your goals and objectives and create a project plan to keep your event on track.

For new events, we will conduct a competitive analysis to identify the best timing and positioning for your event, extending that to surveying potential attendees, sponsors or exhibitors before you launch.

Programme Development and Speaker Recruitment

The content or programme of any conference is the key factor for a prospective attendee deciding to register and also drives their satisfaction rating of the event.  The venue, networking and catering are all important but the content of the event is its key to success.

At Enterprizer Events, we have experience in supporting both the creation of your programme content – themes, messages, tracks and sessions –  and in designing innovative event formats to maximise attendee engagement throughout your event. How you communicate your content/message can be as important as what is communicated.  Programme formats vary from keynote presentations, to panel discussions, workshops, case studies, breakout group exercises, roundtable discussions, interviews, demonstrations, speed networking sessions and more.

Marketing and Delegate Sales

Building awareness of your event and driving attendance, whether it is an exclusive invitation-only event, an open fee-based registration, or a customer-specific event is a critical element of your event’s success. The marketing plan for your event will be developed in order to achieve your goals and objectives. The plan will incorporate details of the tactical initiatives needed to secure your intended audience, which can include any/all of the following elements: Electronic Mailing Campaigns, Website Development, Social Media Campaigns. Enterprizer Events has in-house expertise in creative design, copywriting and website creation. To complement our in-house capabilities, we have long-standing relationships with trusted providers in terms of printers, graphic designers, promotional materials.

Sponsor and Exhibit Management

Sponsors and exhibitors often represent the largest revenue stream for conference organisers. The content or programme of the conference attracts an audience with a common interest area or buying responsibility. Selling exhibit stands and sponsorship to suppliers who have an interest in networking with that audience can generate a profitable income stream to the event organiser. At Enterprizer Events we specialise in managing conferences with exhibit elements, supporting the exhibitor’s multitude of needs.  

Attendee Registration

Attendee registration is managed through online registration via a dedicated event website. Secure online registration is standard practice for all fee-paying events globally.  The ability to request payment receipts, issue invoices and joining instructions can all be created quickly and easily with off-the-shelf solutions. Our dedicated Registration staff manage all incoming email enquiries and registrations ensuring that all confirmations are sent out in good time and payments are collected ahead of the event. Registration reports can be provided to the conference hosts weekly, or daily as the event approaches.

Submissions Management

We provide everything you need to run successful online abstract and paper submission process for your conference using our own ConferenceSubmissions.com system. Features include delegate registration with online payment; automatic creation of online conference proceedings ; uploading of abstracts, photos, papers and presentations ; assigning evaluators and their scores ; producing reports.

Budgeting and Reporting

Whether your event is generating revenue for your business, or represents a significant line item in your marketing budget, rigorous budgeting and cost management is always essential. At Enterprizer Events we provide detailed quotes from all suppliers during the budgeting process.  If the event is revenue generating, we can produce scenarios to demonstrate the event profit as a sliding scale as target attendee numbers are achieved.

Venue and Supplier Sourcing

The choice of venue is a critical success factor for any event.  Availability, suitability, convenience, cost and wow factor all contribute to the venue selection process.  The ‘perfect venue’ can be illusive, outside budget, or requires programme trade-offs. Enterprizer Events applies a robust process to venue sourcing to ensure we present only the best options to you.  We have a wealth of experience in negotiating the most favourable contracts and will manage the full process, from RFPs, enquiries, site inspections and negotiation.

Accommodation and Travel

Whether accommodation is provided as part of your conference registration, or whether it is the attendee’s individual responsibility, accommodation and the reservations process requires meticulous attention to detail. Negotiating the best accommodation rates and creating an easy reservations process is key to a smooth running event. Experienced management of the accommodation needs of your group can result in the easy upgrade of VIPs, cancellation penalties being minimized for your guests, room blocks being managed effectively and attrition penalties being negated.

As a business graduate with more than 25 years of experience, Iain has worked with a variety of enterprises and cultures worldwide. He is an expert in enterprise modelling and developed decision-support tools for the management community before concentrating on the events industry and managing ISPIM. He has worked on many projects for national and regional development agencies and for the European Commission and United Nations. Iain also currently serves as Executive Director of ISPIM - The International Society for Professional Innovation Management and has overseen the association’s growth since 2003, during which time he has personally been involved with organising over 30 international conferences. Iain is a regular speaker at conferences around the world, particularly on the subject of how to develop successful events. He has edited and published numerous journal issues and articles in the field of innovation management.

Rodney Yew

Rodney Yew has been working as Senior Associate - Asia Pacific for Enterprizer Events since 2013. Rodney is Managing Director of Discover Holidays Asia, a DMC based in Singapore, handling mainly Meetings + Incentive Events (Groups) from Middle East + Asia Pacific for the past 17 years. He works with major hotel partners including Marriott, Shangri-la, Hyatt & Starwood.
